Helen has 25+ years hospital experience as a highly qualified ENT Nurse.

I had been worried that my hearing was deteriorating but Helen immediately allayed this fear by showing me the build up of wax inside my ears using a micro camera.
She explained every step of the micro- suction procedure including noises that would be made which made me comfortable with the procedure.
As a result, I can hear things I have not been able to for a few years - my feet walking on a wooden floor in slippers, the cat purring, the car air conditioning, for example.
At the end of the procedure Helen also showed me pictures of my newly clean ears.
