We use hospital grade equipment in both our clinics and remain the only private non-hospital ear wax removal service using high grade microscopes for patient additional patient & clinician safety.

Helen Sargent - is a Specialist Ear Care Clinician* (25+ years) and has extensive ‘hospital based ENT nursing experience’ in ear wax removal and can handle the most complex of ear canals.

Ear wax removal by micro suction is a very calm, pain free process that uses gentle suction to safely remove ear wax from the ear. Using a high quality specialist grade microscope and video otoscope (camera) to examine your ears we can give your ears a thorough examination and provide expert advice.

In most cases, pre-treatment with clinical grade olive oil is not normally required but can be helpful a few days before the appointment. 
We caution against excessive use of some fast acting over the counter preparations and sodium bicarbonate type drops as this may iritate the skin or cause otalgia (ear pain). These fast acting solutions often leave a residue on the ear drum making the procedure more difficult.
